My Noosa belt and chunks :)
It has taken me quite some time to get my belt full (this is an old pic - I have the LE Valentines chunk in the space now <3) But now that my belt is full my bracelet has no chunks on it - so I have space for 3 more... I will be choosing them carefully over time as I like them to mean something (too many, if not most of my TB were bought far too hastily so I'm trying not to do that again!).

Thank you
You can see Agatha's 2 leather bracelets here:
http://www.beadthrilled.com/t7969-new-chunks
Here is an old pic of mine:

The 'chunks' are designs taken from folklore, legend, religion and tradition around the world, and are made in natural materials like bone, stone and brass. The back of each chunk is just a steel press stud (or 'snap') that presses into a space on the bracelet or belt (you can see a spare space on the photo of my belt).

Re: My Noosa belt and chunks :)
Beautiful colors! usually how many chunks can fit in a belt? i didn't like the bracelet , but I really am in need of a new belt. haha
and that one looks great!

and that one looks great!
Re: My Noosa belt and chunks :)
14 is the maximum number of chunks you can fit on the belt - it took me ages to choose what would be the right size belt... shops in Germany stock them so I would try one on if I was you! You can keep fastening the belt tighter until only 10 chunks will fit on.
This site is good to get an idea of sizes:

And here is the main Noosa site (be warned, they become addictive!

Oh I should have said, you can get different style belts which take more or less chunks too... 14 is just the maximum you can fit on the style I chose.

To see LOADS of pics of belts (Noosa overload!) type 'Noosa Riem' or 'Noosa Riemen' into Google... although I'm sure you tried that already

I like the "naturel" or the "mild brown" colors
I am postponing for ages to buy a brown leather shoes, so when I find the perfect shoes, depending on its color I can buy one of those belts to match!
how many cms bigger than your waist is your belt?
ps: thanks for all the help!!!

Re: My Noosa belt and chunks :)
My belt actually fits tighter than what I measured my waist to be with a tape... so don't ask me!!! I think the measurements on the site aren't that accurate either, my belt goes bigger and smaller that the measurements they give.

I saw them but didn't like them, or better, don't need them. my mother always gives me sandals and flip flops as gifts! i kid you not that I have around 10 plus havaianas (flip flop brazilian brand) plus other brands of flip flops! i need to sell or give some away, that though really really beautiful, I never use!
the shoes I'm searching for are kind of like boots, but no high heels, short (look better wearing with socks or pantyhose) and tie, but doesn't have the holes all the way in the front like snickers, just 3 roles of holes, or something like that
Re: My Noosa belt and chunks :)
Hi Lolipop.....Oooooh, I really like the bracelets.... think I might need one of these, are they easy to get hold of and how expensive are the single bracelets and the chunks? Where do you order from?

Re: My Noosa belt and chunks :)
I order from http://www.bijtij-shop.nl/c-1131890/noosa-armbanden/
but you need to have google chrome so it translates the webpage!! They accept paypal though.
The single leather bracelet is 19.95 Euros.
A chunk is between 7.95 to 15.95 Euros.
This site also accepts credit cards and ships to the UK:

Re: My Noosa belt and chunks :)
Ok, great, another temptation! I've seen Noosa here and there and merely glanced at them. Now that I really look at it, I find I do like them. The double wrapped bracelet is a candidate I guess...ow horror...that's all I need.
My salvation for now is that I can't decide on the color bracelet. Eventually my downfall will be that I will get more than one
.
TFS! Love the belt aswell but I'll try a bracelet first.
