If my phoenix deformed?

Calling all Phoenix owners ....

I noticed in the car this morning (hence no pics) that my phoenix has one wing which is a lot bigger than the other. One has 3 vertical lines running through it while the other only has 1. Is this a design feature? (I know trolls are frequently different on each side) or has my poor little man got a bit of a problem? (he certainly couldn't fly that's for sure!)

Your Phoenix is not deformed at all! It has a different wing on each side. That way if you wear two facing each other they look really cool. He won't fly, but what do you expect of a Phoenix who looks and acts like a Griffon!

Maybe he is a cross-breed ? I, too, realized that his two wings are different and with mine so is the face. From one side he looks very fierce, from the other very benevolent. Maybe something also went wrong the last time he re-emerged from his ashes - maybe a griffin was burnt with him, they merged and re-birthed as one (kind of like in Alien 4 )

Sounds like an oozlam bird! And we know where that ends up....

As a total Potterhead, that bead will always be a Griffin to me and never a relative of Dumbledore's Fawlkes.
