OOAK or Takma? Empty OOAK or Takma?

I never get it... When is a Takma a Takma and when an OOAK? Last week I got the bead on the right in a shop as an 'ugly OOAK' with 20% off usual glass price... The left is my original Takma I bought when the Tibets were still in the current collection. Both are unstamped and I can spot no difference. Why are there so many Takma OOAKs out there and so few Cappuccinos Rolling Eyes ???

Maybe Takma's are more fun to make and the lampworkers got a bit carried away or someone added a '0' to the last bead order. confused

I think that the retired bead now will selling as a OOAK.
