Rose Pendant Necklace

after a very demanding night shift I had to get some treat, and I choose the Rose Pendant as this seems to me one of the most beautiful beads from the new collection, the glass beads don't appeal to me colourwise, the Phoenix seems to suffer from some consumptive disease and I have already got a very beautiful Coffee-bracelet.

here is my first attempt with my Rose Pendant! it is quite a big bead but wonderfully detailed, for the moment it will stay on my necklace, I will also try to use it on a bracelet and I must have a go at a design with shadow flower and this pendant on my FN, not sure if that works, but it could look very nice.

it is not as lightweight as the phoenix...and I am very glad about it, I am still so disappointed with the realization of the phoenix.. that is very sad!

Good grief, the people in Denmark must be blind, first they call a hedgehog - porcupine and now a griffon is called a phoenix?

Beautiful bead, but how does on the backside/top where you put the bracelet through? I have a hard time figuring it out.

The rose pendant is kind of artichoke-shaped and the hole goes through the stem. It does flip over on my bracelet some, but as Wintertroll pointed out in another thread, if you feed the chain through the hole in one direction it doesn't seem to turn over as much as it does if you thread it the other direction.

I tried this on today on a leather necklace and it is gorgeous, it hung beautifully.

I saw this one today and I thought it is great. I didn't get it because I wanted to make sure first that it doesn't hang upside down. And because my money was finished.

Love it, I all most got it today, but with everything else I decided to wait.
Now I wish I had it! Well back to the store.

Beautiful and very classic. I wasn't sure about this bead, now I want one!

And Valentines day approaches, I may leave a few hints.....

Saw the new releases yesterday. From the photos I was not very interested in the Rose. But as always happens, this was my favorite IRL. It is heavy, has great depth and the back of the rose/bead is perhaps even more beautiful than the front.

That is an awsome bead, much better than on the website, so, what does the back side look like? Thanks for the great pictures, now I know the size and that it is gorgeous.
