Trollbeads Spring 2012 release

LOVE the greens! some of them can be really helpful on building my purple/green bracelet!

I am looking foreward to the green pendant - it looks quite nice, and will fit to my green bracelet

The silver cored ruby is a dream come thrue. It was so expensive before, and now I hope to be able to complete my bracelet (I have some now - 1 speciel made THANK YOU - you know who you are , and a gift from a very special person )

The rest is to difficult for me to see, so I will wait and see them IRL, before I deside what to think about this new release.

But the price of them make me belive that I will only get a very few amounts of them. (maby only glass 1 and price 1 silvers, as they stay on the same price as now)

I have ordred 2 dragon locks , and that make me very happy, as the new lock, looks so non-troll that I am surpriced.

Hmmmm................. I think I'm tempted by the blue pendant and the ruby. Not sure about the rabbit and the bird, have to see them IRL. The barrel bead and the lock don't appeal to me at all.

I'm missing some viking / trollish themed beads, too.

I keep coming back and looking at these pics. I am so intrigued to see what the silver bead with the wings is. I think I really like the stone earrings, I won some earrings in the facebook friday comp and I really like them. They had never even caught my eye before!

The flowers are a bit much for me but I can't wait to see what others will be joining the collection!

I heard $80 for the barrel beads. And I think $155 for the silver cored ruby.

REALLY??? OMG...that is a lot of money for the rubies. They better be really nice for that price! I can more easily see $80 for the barrels...they must be a good amount of silver, right?

Great release, too bad it comes with the raising prices. Barrel Bead looks lik MC Escher to me!

I'm looking forward to seeing the rubies but as with the gold ones, some will be nice and some will be ugly. They are expensive so dealers will be less likely to order a large quantity of them for us to choose from. It's going to be a waiting game on that gemstone I think.

I think you are right, Lisa...I never did see a gold-core ruby in this city...no one would order them in unless you paid for it, sight unseen...so, the only one I have seen is the one that I ordered from Denmark. I asked one of the employees at TB headquarters to choose for me, and she did a very nice job.

Was hoping to have 2 or 3 to choose from at last! LOL

Thank you for the pictures, watching them will help to fill the time till 27th of January! As I have seen, there have been mostly two full sets of glass beads in the past releases, as on the picture there are only six green glass beads, I hope there will be more blue ones like the blue pendant! But then I'am really in trouble !!!

When the Gold Core Rubies came out my local dealer ordered in one for me and it wasn't very nice so she sent it back and ordered another; we sent that one back as well ... so I am not sure but I think they are allowed to return beads.

My seller didn't offer me that option, so I asked a customer service woman in Copenhagen if she would be willing to choose for me...she did a lovely job and I kept the first one she sent.

Did you eventually get one, Kensington?

I think the ruby will be $177 so I hardly think this is affordable compared to $60 for a amazonite. I think the current price for the gold core ruby is $348. A couple of years ago I know the selling price was $250. So that means the little core in gold costs $171 more than the silver core.

I was hoping the rubies would be on par with black onyx, amazonite and milky quartz...what a dreamer I am!! LOL

lucky I have brought a strand of rubies for much less, so I alrady have some pretty rubies, that one is still much to pricy for me. and the green is really not my green, to bad..guess I`m saving money again this release.
The barrels are nice but to big, Eskes are prettier..
Sad, the glass looks like it is from Dora..

I love the blue pendant and the black/white striped Agates a lot!!!!

I do like the look of the striped agates, I would be tempted to get a whole kit of these - and actually the rabbit at the front doesn't look TOO cutesy, more like the decorative bird, and the bead with things that might be wings looks interesting.

(would still like more viking beads though )

Hi Kensington...I am so glad you got one. I love mine...it is my birthstone so I had to have it. Wish these would be more affordable. With price rises all the time, I am about at my limit for these little beauties.
