African Safari Empty African Safari

Post by PMJ Wed Jan 04, 2012 8:00 pm

This will be the beginning of my african safari bracelet. It isn't finished yet... I like to have two black onyx and the african drum beat from the World Tour for this bracelet and there will be place for two other beads again... we will see if the year 2012 brings new charms for this bracelet...

Lion and Rhino are perfect for your safari theme Smile I´m sure you´ll find enough beads to fill this bracelet.

The Organic Bubbles and Stripes colours work well in this. And including Sun Circle was a great idea. There's nothing like the African sun.

Beautiful combo, the Rhino is not an easy bead on a combo (IMO) since it's so big.
But the lion bead give great balance. Really nice colors.

Thanks again... all your compliments are a great motivation to me to continue my collection the way I do. And if this bracelet is finished, I promiss to show you the result.
I like to work with themes... and like you know ( probably ) the People's bead challenge is on and I will send my ideas as soon as they are finished and I'm 100% sure about them. I have chosen to make a collection of a couple of beads with the same theme in the category "share your spirit". If you're curious... check the ideas in the latest days before the challenge closes ( at this moment I'm still working on them and I've to scan and upload them ) and maybe you discover my ideas, what spirit means to me and how I try to share this spirit with you with the ideas I put on paper. I hope you will feel the same as I do when you discover them between all the ideas. I've seen already lovely things and where I will hope for that they will be in the collection... I think everyone is an designer inside.
Thanks again for your reactions, I like to read them.
