I think you need to click on the link Sita provided at the top of this topic and you will be redirected to the new pre-oder-list for the dragon lock

The pre-ordering period for these locks is over, Karin.
But the areas for special access require that you establish yourself as a member of the community here, post regularly, contribute to the discussions, etc. It used to go by number of posts, but now the Admin and moderators decide on a case by case basis, because there had been some abuse of the privileges. Go read the last page or so of this thread
