The 'firework' is an artisan bead. It reminded me of an Aster (is that the correct word in English for that kind of flower?), but I love the description of a 'Firework burst' Today's Empowerment Par16 ! Makes it a celebration bead which is great for that bracelet!!!

MMP and you even found a gif firework that matches the bead!!!!

Aster is correct - I had to google it though as I didn't know what it was. I would have said "colorful daisy" so I learned something new today!
