Bright bracelet to help with the dark night!

Here in the UK we have changed the clocks today so it now gets darker earlier, whilst I don't mind the colder days having to walk the dogs in the dark is not so much fun, although they don't seem to mind! So I thought I would make a bright bracelet to try and combat the darker nights to come!
