AZ Beads 2011
Pond and I had to find some bead to commemorate our trip to AZ... This is what I selected... BE SIDES THE BRACELET - LOL - I forgot to bring one with me... I had all my favorite beads, stopper and a clasp, but forgot the bracelet. So, it was emergency shopping!!
The Desert bead is supposed to be a blue one - BUT is has no blue in it... Just like the desert here!!! And they still have a regular Jasper - So, it had to come home with me also. The silver barrel bead is made from a Navajo artisan. It has all the various nature stone from the Four Points of the southwest inlaid. I just love it. Every bead is unique!! Pond got one also, but hers has different colour inlays. My first REAL Non-Troll investment bead, BUT I thought it worth it!

Agree with the two ladies who posted above: the Navajo bead is something else. What a wonderful addition to your collection, it will represent a little bit of Native American history!

Awesome! I love your new beads. I don't mind putting non-troll on my bracelets anymore as long as they are quality beads. Took me some time to overcome the "purist" mindset, but now I love mixing beads I love.
That Desert bead is amazing! Never seen one like it, would go well with a Khaki Stripe.
