While I was at my LD's yesterday, I spied a new necklace idea. If I can get her photo off my iPod, I'll post it too- her design was much prettier, but you get the idea here. (sorry for the yucky t-shirt, I wanted to postpictures this monring quickly!!)

Now, I did try this with Frames and I couldn't find a clasp that would open large enough to go around the frame. Notsure if 2+2 is the only bead that will work like this!

Thought it would be fun to play around with!!

I wonder if you switch the direction of the lock if Frames will work, hooking the larger side of the clasp to the Frames and smaller end to the chain. I LOVE this idea!

I like the idea of showing off the lock. I think that also would look really nice as minimal design really emphasing the lock. I expect you could also link the lock directly to the chain lariat style. I will give this a go myself this week.

Looks totally Cool But I wouldn't want the lock to rub on the roughened surface of my 2+2 and I think there's also much strain on the bead that way...
I'd rather try MM's idea and hook the lock directly on the chain to show it off!
