Trollstone bracelets

Aren't we all Lobby ??

I am new to trollbeads and thus missed out on the trollstones - just found out about them now.
There are many great pictures of trollstones here, so I get an impression of what kind of beads there were.

thanks a lot for the pretty photos!

Probably the colors don't appear quite right on the photos, but somehow I expected the beads to be more green than turquoise somehow... Anyhow - very neat!!!

Do you know whether there were any single-colored ones in green?

And how many trollstones were made alltogether at all? I can hardly find any pictures...

I dont now if they are of a limited number I dont think so.
My bead is very more greener in life and all the trollstones I have seen are then mixed colors not a single plain color. Some are just more of one color than the mixed colors so look as they are green or pink.

Yes, I understand... I think the radiant colors is what sets Trollbeads apart from Pandora. I started with Pandora long before getting to know Trollbeads, but never bought a single glass bead of theirs, always silver. Their glass beads are rather plain, I think... No comparison.

I have to admit, when I started collecting, Trollstones didn't really appeal to me at all (at least the ones I'd seen up til then), but the more I saw, the more interested I got in them.

I only have 6, four multi-colored ones and two that are primarily one color (purple and dark pink). I like pairing them with solid color beads, because it really brings out their colors, but I mix them into other combos as well.

This is my first combo with all of them on one bracelet - combined with mainly Chinese LE Jades.

Sorry for the bad photo, I will try to take one in natural light tomorrow.



P.S. I would KILL for one with glitter/dichroic spots

Those glitter ones are even more rare, are they? But what do you mean by "dichroic spots"? What exactly is this?

That's a shame. I also find it very curious that the 2 pictures on the Trollbeadsuniverse website are so fuzzy (that's how I realized in the first place that there were TSs at all)...

It is like on the ball of the baby troll and mosaic beads.

I like to make mine in plain beads also and they are good looking with mosaic beads.
