that there are scam sites out there offering Trollbeads (copies) often at bargain prices.

Take note of the last paragraph:
"The public should be aware that the web sites are likely to be run by criminal gangs and should not provide any personal information, particularly not credit card details."

Best way to be sure you are buying genuine beads is to look up the retailer on your countries official trollbeads page
