Organic folkore
I managed to get into my LD this morning to have a look at the new release and here are some of the new beads I came home with along with a beige leather bracelet which I think compliments them perfectly.

Yes! That looks perfect! That Folklore kit actually makes me want to revamp my wardrobe with embroideries, leather, braid my hair, no more boring suits. Notice Trollbeads doesn't have a "business suit" collection? There's a reason!

Re: Organic folkore
Are these things cheaper if you buy a kit? I haven't bought these particular beads but they look so great together I'm thinking about it now.
Will they stay in place on the leather without stopper beads?

Absolutely inspired on beige leather!
The beads stay put on the leather fairly well, if you wrap the bracelet snugly around your arm. The TB stoppers don't really fit the leather. I think some people use Chamilia-style clip locks on their leather. I've not tried it.
In the States, at least, the 6-bead kits are priced as if 5 beads, so it's like getting one bead free. Some shops do not sell the beads individually, only in whole kits.beadiack wrote:Are these things cheaper if you buy a kit? When you buy the kits you get 6 beads but pay for 5.
I have this new beige leather and an old style brown one. The leather seems much thicker on the new style ones and they don't move at all. Once it wears a little this may be different though. I love the leather bracelets.

They should have put these 6 beads in the same kit! But then again there were some lovely beads in each kit.
