Mr. Gnome picks some Edleweiss
My World Tour bead collection finally got the much wanted on my part Edelweiss bead today!
Mr. Gnome seems quite pleased, as was I, to get this bead while my Edelweiss is still blooming, I thought for sure all the awful heat and humidity we've had in the North East would have fried it by now.

A fairytale bracelet! Mr Gnome has an eye for colour, he planted so lovely white, red and blue flowers in the brown earth. I also spy Enzian blue there! (what is that in English - Gentian?)

I like your mix of beads on this. And the blooming Edelweiss is very pretty. Mr. Gnome is doing a great job of tending his garden.
That windmill pops out at me. I hadn't considered it before, but I'm liking the way it looks in the middle there.

Very fun! Now you need to add Frog Prince so your garden frog won't feel left out .

Enzian blue is from the Gentian family, not sure if it's the same plant as MiniGnome's.
I don't know the gnomenclature.
Nice cheerful bracelet, MiniGnome.

Re: Mr. Gnome picks some Edleweiss
Thank you everyone! I do not normally go for such colorful combos personally but I was determined to wear my world tours together, so I forced them to get along.
The Edelweiss that is blooming is a variety called "Matterhorn" , the spot of grey/green leaves in the front is another variety of Edelweiss whose name escapes me, but this one hasn't done so well, I only got two blooms and they recently dried up.
The small darker green leafy thing is a Polygais chamaebuxus variety Gradiflora (if I spelled that right) that is past its bloom time for the season.

Great combo, I especially like the glass you have chosen! I haven't purchased many of the WT glass so am always looking for ideas for glass to go with the WT silvers. And your edelweiss bead is beautiful...it's good to see that it grows around here too:)
