Trollbeads Fall Release 2011 details

The coffee table book features a rutilated quartz so fingers crossed that they put this into production... I heard rumors of a sapphire too. This would be wonderful too.

Sapphire is Septembers birthstone so it would really sell.

If they did Sapphire it would be as expensive as the Ruby one. I'm hoping for Rutilated Qtz myself.

Difficult stone..the rutilated Quarts. You have him in sooo different colors....i don,t think they will do that.

As pretty as the rutilated quartz is, I would really love a sapphire prism like the one they gave to the top ten People's bead contestants a year ago...that was a beautiful bead and I'd love to own one...I suppose the stone they use is technically "sapphire" but not really of gemstone quality so that is why they can make them for a decent price???? My guess!!!

Oh, hey, Snorkmaiden, I was thinking that the Tree Lock was the most recent but I forgot about the Swan Lock...you are right...then, it hasn't been SO long...but wonder what this will be...hope it is a design one.

I'm getting excited too about the new lock. A design lock would be great.

The New York gift show is coming up...so maybe there will be some sneak photos then...I am sure they will be unveiled then in the US

Yes it is, it is much prettier IRL, the colors didn't capture well in my photograph.

Rainy Day, I bought one from Amanda too and mine is huge...wish I had known it would be so big...but mine has more lavender colors in it!

My LD mailed a flyer to me with details of a special event they're having Aug 24-27. They have several promotions...Buy 3 beads get one free, Spend $125 on TB and receive a $25 gift card for your next purchase and an ongoing promo of a free silver or leather bracelet with the purchase of a decorative clasp. I was really anxious to find out anything about the new release, so I visited my LD yesterday. They don't know anything yet and won't actually receive the beads until around the 16th. What they are doing is putting anything currently available on hold for you with no obligation to purchase. They've put in a big order for old beads because they expect to be quite busy. I have to say the reps there were as excited as I was for the Promo and the fall release!

FALL releases always seem to be the best ones of the year...maybe it is just me, but that's the way it feels! I sure hope there are SO MANY fab beads that we can't even decide which to buy first!!!

They're going to have the new Fall release beads for *10* days and won't be able to show/sell them?! That seems like an awfully long time to me . . . is that how it works everywhere else?

I noticed that more retailers are hosting an event shortly before the launch of the Fall release. If I would be a retailer, I would combine it, together with the launch of the new Trollbeads.

I wonder how many people actually will attend an event, buy special promo's, and come back a few days later and buy beads from the fall release?

it's the lock i'm most excited to see!!! please PLEASE let it be BIG!
