My bead box Empty My bead box

Post by Beadgirl Sun Jun 26, 2011 4:56 pm

I thought I would share my Bead box with you. It is an antique wooden box my Dad renovated and gave to me for my 18th Birthday (quite a while ago now... Wink) and I used to keep stationery in it.

I realised it would be a perfect home for my Trollbeads, as it has a lift out tray with a few compartments in the top and a large storage section underneath.

I keep my ready-to-wear bracelets in the top, along with necklaces and my leather bracelets. Underneath I keep brochures, TB bags and all the notes I have received from troll fairy friends. Very Happy

I recently found these Stackers trays, which you can use to make customisable jewellery boxes, in John Lewis and now my ready-to-wear bracelets have a nice cushioned home. Smile

That is really nice, and I like how you can keep it all there- not just the bracelets- great idea and great looking box!

That is wonderfully grand. Maybe it will feature on Antiques Roadshow one day in the future and mystify the experts.
