tonton, help!!! I don't know the details of who makes them.........we got them from a small store in Cody, and I believe they are made in Salt Lake City? Yikes............tonton will know more!

Well that is one pretty cute moose and perhaps worth falling in love with. However IMHO they aren't quite so cute in real life. I do have respect for all creatures and think they deserve to be here. But anytime I have seen a moose I have wondered how they manage to stay upright--very gangly and appear quite top heavy. It has never prevented me from feeling awed to spot one. Best time was when a Mom and young one crossed the road well ahead of us at about sunset. They had to cross a fence on the far side of the road that slowed them enough to get a really go look. Worst time was when one came out on the road too close in front of the car for my Mom to be able to stop or avoid completely. Car damaged, moose managed to walk away, no people hurt (luckily as those sorts of accidents often result in deaths).

And thank you so much for showing these beads. I too would be curious to know more about where they came from and hope Tonton can help.

Oh these silvers are great, love the moose and the elk (who would be good on a Christmas themed bracelet as well) ...and the bear...will keep an eye on this thread as would like to get hold of a couple of the beads.
