first leather bracelet!

was looking through everyone's leather creations and decided to join the club. I put it off for so long because leather wears out, but finally justified it by thinking it's not too expensive and everything wears out anyway. why do I need my bracelet to outlast my life, amirite? also it's comffffy and light, and I need that in a bracelet. I just can't wear full metal bracelets at the keyboard all day, sadly.



bonus shot as a necklace and with my hamster. husband says looks like a mini dog collar so I won't be wearing it like that much, but hey, once in a while!

Great combo and cute little hamster I do find that the leather stretches, but I have had mine for about six years now and, while it's a bit faded, it's still going strong!

Leather is great for simple combinations and highlighting individual beads. And it makes a rather high class dog collar with the gold lock.

I bring her with me to work sometimes, she's like a fluffy little stress ball.

@LindaJo, hey! it's been so long. you were the first (only??) person IRL I've ever seen wearing troll, asides from the sales people in trollbead shops of course haha. it was super inspirational to see how you wore yours (minimalistic), and because of that I've stopped wearing fully crammed bracelets. xD really like simple combinations now.

I love leather wearing leather bracelets with bangles. I tend to wear five beads on my bracelets, but perhaps I need to try three.

I still love full ones as well as the smalls; whenever I start out w a mini, by the end of the week I've added more on!

Your leather looks super classy, especially with that gold lock and pearls. I went for one in really bright colours, which I slightly regret now. The necklace option also looks lovely in my opinion; there's nothing wrong with channelling a different style every now and again.

Your bracelet (and as a collar) are great - but your hamster is adorable! He looks super soft and I love his color.

Hmm, I wonder if that wrinkling is because it's a two-tone leather? I think the two layers of leather are somehow glued together. I don't remember ever hearing such a complaint for the old monotone
leathers.

If it is not feasible for you to return it, maybe try wetting it again, then stretching it taut to dry.

My orange and blue - leather bracelet has gotten wrinkled from one end almost from the start, mostly it is the orange part of it. It has not happened with any others, but I agree with LindaJo that the two tones are a bit less sturdy as the one-colour-ones.

Gorgeous little hamster I always joke about taking the doggie girls in my handbag to work (not allowed unfortunately in my office), with a hamster it might be possible
