Today DH told me that we had a post office notice in our mail box, so I went past the post office on my way home from work - it was so worth it - piccies in a separate post in a moment

The Summer Solstice has passed and I hope you all had a wonderful sunny and happy day I spent mine with my Mum and Stepdad and of course DH and the doggie girls and we visited a lovely old city, had Pizza, Ice Cream and Cookies and just a wonderful day

The only missing parcel, it seems, is Cutey´s. According to the Member List Data she last checked in on May 27. Has anybody heard from her if she has received her swap ?

Except for Cutey (I really hope you have received your parcel, my dear) and Smaug (who mentioned before the swap that summer is a super busy time for her, so there might be a delay) all have also posted pictures of our lovely swaps. Thank you, my dears, for that I love to look at all those well thought out gifts, it is like having opened all parcels My strawberry stripe went on a small vacation to the Island of Ruegen with me two weeks ago. And it was joined by a bead my Mum gifted me on Midsummer´s Day during our visit (a deeply turquois dotty)  (sorry no piccies yet of that one).

I agree with Trollperle that I would be nice to see the missing swap photos....

It was part of the deal to post photos here in this forum and it is only fair to present the lovely gifts, as somebody has put a lot of thought and heart in finding suitable presents...
