Spring Awakening

It may still be January, but in only two days February will start, and though today started with a most horrible smog, it got better during the day and I even saw the sun

I absolutely love TB´s new line of sparkly beads - I have had the three older ones for ages, they actually were among the first TBs I got, but none of them saw much wear because I always found them very hard to combine, and especially the Blue Desert led a very underappreciated life - until a few weeks ago, when it latched on to Desert Rose and it has not let go ever since

Yesterday I got my beads from this year´s spring and I absolutely love that they combine so well with my sparkly beads from last autumn

DH always tries to warn me that winter is not quite over, yet, - I know that (really, I do ), and I will not put away my turtlenecks, just yet, but I did put away my crocheted winter decoration and I have started on my springy ones. Because just as spring has awakend outside with snow drops in full bloom, so I can now sneak in a bit of spring with these:

Ah, a hint of spring in a beautiful combo. I am also itching for spring. I don't normally wear pastels, but some of the new uniques that are coming out are suddenly very appealing to me.

With the frequent ups and downs in our weather this year, each time the temperature goes up my kids say that it's almost spring. And I keep having to tell them that it's only halfway through winter. But your bracelet does make me feel like spring is around the corner!

Very pretty - I am counting the days to Spring, and this really is a harbinger of Spring!

I haven't had the time to see the new release IRL but you have sold me!   Its just as I thought.  They are beautiful and they look lovely together.

Love your sparkly beads, your gold beads look great with them, the gold brings out the sparkle in the beads.
