Summer treat

I won the center harlequin bead in one of the benefit auctions on facebook, and someone remarked that it reminded them of mint chocolate chip ice cream.



You know, I did do my own independent research for this bracelet. But Haagen-Dazs doesn't use any of that wonderful green food dye in their mint chip ice cream. So I had to borrow a picture from the 'net for my background.

when it was so hot, I did my own icecream with bananas, dates, almond milk and some almonds, put it in the blender and filled it in bowls, decorated with chocolate chips ....
next time I will try pistachios

It is really hot and muggy here today. Oh, could I go for a banana split dinner. Mmmm. Fruit, Dairy, and Nuts. Mmmm.

Wow, great greens! I'm pretty sure if you would visit the ice cream stand on the market in Maastricht, the netherlands, you will actually find some greenish flavored ice cream

That's one cool combo and I love the harlequin bead you won - I have a similar one but with a pinkish tinge to it - I think they are wonderful beads
