Aussie animals wearing kimono

I love love love my Bowerbeads! They are the cutest things ever! Pandora panda is their best friend with such a cute little tail.
And I love my new Kimono kit that jast arrived.
As a result - I simply adore this combo    It makes me so happy

funny to let the aussie animals wear Kimono, never would have thought of that, I own quite a few Bowers, some are on a sea themed combo, have not worn them for ages, must dig them out....
they are very detailed I agree. my favourite one is the owl and the waratah flower.

I don't look at Kimono beads as a strictly japanese set. I know they are and they are an amazing illustration for Japan. But for me they are universal i just love them!
Bowers are wonderful. I will definetely order few more of them (possum and koala for sure)

Wonderful! I think that the cute animals are perfect with the kimonos. As anyone who has spent time in Japan can tell you, CUTE is all over the place, and so are traditional textile designs. I also agree that the kimonos don't necessarily have to represent Japan. You've got a fantastic bracelet either way.

Thank you! I haven't been to Japan yet. But you are right! I haven't thought that cuties are very popular in Japan. That can be a nice explanation.
