That's very cool. Is it some sort of Prayer Wheel bead?

Yes, the dangle is a Tibetan prayer wheel pendant. If you take it apart, there is a prayer strip rolled up inside.

love your combo, you always make such special ones, the dangle is really gorgeous and so are your beads, I still have not bought the TB silver ladybird...must do so.

Re: Ladybugs, ladybirds
The dangle is not as heavy or clonky as it looks. I got this one from a benefit auction on facebook. Then I looked at some listed on eeek-bay, and grabbed my jewelry pliers to take mine apart.
The silver of the canister is very thin; when empty I could have squished it with my fingers. Inserting the prayer scroll and the lid give the cylinder some structural support.
The prayer roll looks a bit different from the one I saw on eeek-bay but I can't read it anyway. And it was rolled so tight, I didn't dare unroll it, I'd never get it done back up again.
