Today's spring inspired combo

Spring is definitely arriving and so I was inspired to bring new life to some of the neglected things in my beadbox.  First was a necklace that I have had for a bit, but never worn--I removed the pendant that was on it and dressed it up for today.  Then I decided the anniversary bracelet needed to get a turn, so added some coordinating beads to match the necklace.  Lastly, the leather.  I have posted many times about my dislike of the TB leather bracelets, but last weekend I attended the Trollbeads at the beach event in Delaware and during part of the event there was a demonstration on different ways to wear the leather.  I have now experimented a bit with mine and I think I have finally found a way that I can wear it.  So here is today's combo:

Very creative with the leather!!!  Love that the beads are "woven" into it. 
The combo of the stripe beads in blue and green on the anniversary bracelet is a show-stopper.

Thanks everyone!!  I will definitely leave my anniversary bracelet and leather combos together for a while.  I enjoyed them today

I like your creativity with the leather bracelet. I've cut two in half to wear them as twisted single strangs on a stack and braided another one. That's fun.

No, it was very easy to knot--course it will probably be a pain to take apart and change the beads on. At the demonstration I went to they also just twisted the two pieces around each other then fastened and it--this was much faster and also looked good.

Oh, the knotted leather works very well to show off the big Birds!

I thought of you and your lost bead last week. I had lost a glass bead last year sometime...I was changing up a bracelet and dropped it. I heard it hit something, but had looked all over the floor and on every shelf for it, without locating it. Last week I was going through some baskets near where I was and...there it was...the bead must have bounced off of something and ended up in the basket. I thought I had looked everywhere. I hope you have a similar experience soon and locate the knot!
