Earring Accessories

I just wondered if many of you collect these? I have a few and I really enjoy them - it's fun to change them around but I haven't tried to layer them or anything and I only have the simple silver hooks but I wondered if anyone has any pics to show of how they have used these to inspire me, thank you

I have quite a few but have not layered them and I only have the simple silver hooks. They are fun to change around and when I travel, they provide a lot of variety. My favorites are probably the oragami from a couple of years ago. I have a number of the gemstone ones (luckily found at 50% clearance sales) - my favorite of those are probably the chalcedony - they just seem to glow from within!

@SilverBells – Your posting got me wondering so I dug out my earring accessories and cleaned them up and started experimenting.  Here are the results of some layering:

Wood Anemone with Sun Circle, small and May Flower:


Wood Anemone with Origami Mill and Pompeii:


Pompeii with May Flower:


And, lastly Pompeii with Sun Circle, Small:


I also have Cherry Blossoms, Daisy Donuts, Graphic Flowers, Ravens of Odin, Snow Flowers, Triangles, Green Prehnite, Chalcedony, Amethyst, Rose Quartz and Smokey Quartz but none of these will layer.

Hope this provides a little inspiration

I just have the Odin's ravens, which I love.

They do look good layered

They look good combined, I just have a few I wear on their own.

I have Pompeii that I wear all the time. I picked up smokey quartz on clearance, which was a mistake as it blends in with my brown hair. I have it up in the swap section.

Wow! Thank you so much retired9racer - I adore the Wood Anemone ones with the layering - I still don't have those ones yet - they are firmly on my wishlist though, so pretty

They look great combined.  I only have the snowflake and sea horse - I don't think I can combine them LOL!!

One more combination that came to mind this morning - Snow Flower and Wood Anemone:



I am actually wearing these today - considering all the snow we have on the ground and how I am longing for any small sign that spring is coming - LOL!!  I never realized exactly how versatile the Wood Anemone is!

That looks so lovely I think because they are quite flat in their design they lend themselves more easily to stacking - I really, really need these now! Lol!

I have the ravens, fish and cherry blossom and wear one (in one ear) nearly all the time, I think they are lovely. I can't wear one in the other ear as it used to be stretched (nineties kid ) and it won't support the weight, I have always preferred odd earrings anyway

I love some of K9's layers from above the anemone and origami looks fantastic
