The Return of the Oak King - Happy Winter Solstice

The Wheel of the Year is ever turning and Midwinter is here. The Oak Kind once again takes his crown and rules supreme for the next half of the year in the Northern Hemisphere. This might be the shortest day of the year but it has started out as one of the most sunny ones for a long long time and so I will celebrate the returning of the light today.

First thing, that came to my mind is, that it is so well balanced with it's choice of silvers (love the deer).
