I wouldn't go so far as to call the beads ugly. But they are ordinary. Hearts and cupids and more hearts.

The only saving grace of those cherubs is that maybe you could add them to a Dr. Who bracelet!

Haven't we already seen all those glass beads with hearts??

My assumpion is that they have been left with so many heart 'OOAKS' (clearly missing the ONE of a kind bit in Ooak) that they're now bundling them up in sets in an attempt to sell them!

Why couldn't they just have stuck with the Asian hearts??

Still no hearts for me (and no cherubs either), so again this Valentine is not my kind of release
But I liked the pink ambers and loved the crazy lace agates they had years ago.

Yesss, this is the kind of Valentine's release that would have us swooning! Seems like the hearts overload is more recent, possible trying to woo collectors of other brands. I don't remember seeing this many hearts in the earlier collections.

Having seen the glass I quite like them and the silver hearts galore but not the cherub or the cupid with the bad hair cut

My LD's rep brought the Valentine and spring beads in for a preview a few weeks ago.  The heart glass beads are nicely done....for beads with hearts on them.  So, if you are a heart lover then they will look beautiful in your combinations.  Even the rep seemed less than happy about the heart overload.

If I had to buy one bead from the collection, it would be the Cupid holding the heart. He's very Valentine-y and waaaay better than the Cherubs holding the numbers. I never quite understood that collection.
