CHRISTMAS collection is out.... 100 hearts

It already on the blogs and here we go again with a 100 hearts .... I think my purse will be safe, but for animal lovers there are birds and cats

Indeed! I received some pictures too. Traditional X-mas colors are bound to get popular.

Still loving both glass kits. Love the bubble beads, the poinsettia, the holly, the snowflake, and the beads with petals. I would probably pick up the red/white tree, but I don't need three. I really hated last year's kits and didn't buy one. I also looove the whimsical nature of the lock.

The only one that appeals to me is the silver snowball

Basically that's the only one I would buy if I was forced to. It doesn't look like a snowball though... more like a silver armadillo ball with tiny bumps...

On the bracelet picture here I really like the tangled silver bead in the foreground but when I saw that it were 4 intertwined hearts... mehhhh

Yes.  I might have succumbed to the cute cat but it has diamonds so it is stupidly expensive.  Hate the beheaded critters.  Didn't even look at the hearts.  Snowball is kind of OK.  Might want a dark blue Christmas Tree.  Dullest release for ages IMO.

I love the blue kit and the red pointsetta bead as well as the holly silver bead and I find the new ear-dangles quite interesting As for the hearts: Yes, there are hearts and rightly so for the festival of love, none speak to me except the one with the golden heart, but as it is too expensive for me considering cost-value, I will not buy it. Nevertheless, I do not mind the hearts for I am sure there are people out there who love one or the other

xmas trees you can get at this time very beautiful ones from Christa, wish she did some Halloween beads..
Severed animal heads...simply give me the creeps...complete no go for me..
maybe I will get one of the gold collection beads with a free bracelet and lock, but only maybe..
nothing exciting, in fact, pretty boring or ugly!

The earring dangles look interesting, but if you add up all the parts together it is going to be a lot of money for silver earrings... Blue glass beads are nice, but I have enough of blue glass to not be tempted too much...

I love the lock and the green-and-red poinsettia bead. The snowball is intriguing; I think it looks like a bunch of little snowballs rolling and leaving trails, rather than one big snowball.

Other than that, I'm not too sure. I guess I'll have to wait and see them in person.

I have not bought a Christmas kit in about three years so I probably will get the red and green kit if the beads are as well-executed as the photo.   I think its a decent collection for Christmas designs.  It looks like they stayed in the same family of red for the beads.  I think the mistletoe bead is well-designed.    

Warning... a gripe is coming:  You know, they always release  a blue and white kit.  They could have made an effort to include something to do with Hanukkah maybe a flame design in silver.  I also think they could design something in silver to include the spiritual aspect of Christmas...maybe a star or a manger.  We've certainly had quite of dose of eastern spirituality from TB lately.

I don't like any of these but that's good as there are quite a few autumn release beads that I'd like and I'm also hunting down older silvers. Maybe just maybe they've done me a favour! The xmas designs are too cutesy for me.

Too many hearts and weird faced animals. A Christmas parrot? One of those cats has a pig nose! I don't see anything I like and that is a good thing for my wallet. I did like some of the fall collection but haven't been to see it IRL. I have had a lull in my bead buying lately. They are not making me as happy as they once did. Oh well I won't be buying these new ones.

Funny-peculiar. I like blue and silver for Christmas and am always so annoyed that I can never find blue wrapping papers or whatnot that doesn't have Hanukkah symbols in it!

But, 'tis true that Troll has never done anything specifically Jewish, that I'm aware of. They have done plenty of Christian symbols in the past---Cross, Big Cross, Faith-Hope-&-Charity, Trinity, Loving Light, Rosary, Hallelujah.

I agree that the glass kits are nicely done for Christmas. Three years ago I would have been quite pleased. But now I've collected other red and green beads along the way to use at Christmas, so I don't so badly 'need' a Christmas glass kit.

just looked again... snowballs is quite ok, now that you mentioned it, I saw the piggy nose cat too... and the cat with real diamonds... I mean for me that is pure decadence and a waste of materials for this dull bead design

ohhh and forgot about the parrot.... I really loved my budgies and are always looking for some memorial beads for them but that parrot head looks more like a dead bird head... and I have absolutely no idea what the two holes at the sides of the beak are meant to be UGLIEST BEAD EVER

I like the glass trees. The rest don't appeal to me. Way too many hearts and the animals are "different".

I have to say that I am badly disappointed by the Christmas release. I do not like the silver beads at all, especially the hearts are not for me. And although I am a real cat lover I am also not of the cat beads at all.
Maybe the blue christmas tree glass beads could attract me. But I will wait to see them in person.

What I really like of the new releases is the Live, Love & Forgive bead of the Gold Love Art Collection. I think it is an amazing design! But unfortunately the price is very high.... Sigh!

Hearts. Someone save me. I think they make these for DH because men will always buy a heart because they - mistakenly in my case - think that we just love them. I might like the lock, is is a bow? A big bow I could wear once a year.

I still really like the glass. Last year's glass was sooo bad. I don't buy a lot of red/green beads, so I will treat myself to one or two...although I could buy more. If the beads are $46, then I will be strict. Looking forward to seeing them, though.
