The owl has landed

Wow! What a truly fabulous bracelet   I love all the owls on there and the colour combination is really stunning

Thanks!  iBird is one of my favorite apps and I am always surprised at how many words there are for a collection of a particular species.  It list all of the following for a collection of owls: bazaar, glaring, parliament, stooping and wisdom.  

That's cool, wisdom is very apt. I was going to use flock and wasn't sure it was correct  so I checked online and went with parliament. I can just picture a group of owls in white wigs and spectacles, sitting around a table

I think your idea to use the decorative bird as an owl is fabulous. I have this bead and have always really liked it but have never specifically thought of it as an owl. Now that you've pointed it out, I really can see a resemblance and will think of mine as an owl now too, thanks to you.
