No, that is artisan white Chrysanthemum bead from Beadsagogo on Etsy (a Dutch artist), but she doesn't have many beads for sale anymore

It is pretty, I like the petal style, it would be good if Troll made some OOAK ones, I don't think they have done, I don't remember seeing any.
