Peacocks

Does anyone have both the old and the new peacock glass? If so, are they the same or not? Just wondering.

Yes I have. In my new one the color has not the dark blue base it looks more green. i look at some other now and they all look a bit diffrent. So i think is they look the same only vary a bit.

I never got one of the first ones, but the color seemed better in pictures I saw. I got one last weekend, but am not thrilled with the colors.

The first one I ever got was made the best. the little hearts are nice and small not long and thin. So it must vary of the maker.

And the bead size is the same not lots biger or smaller

Thanks for the info. I will probably keep an eye out for an old one for sale.
