Beadplay with Eternal Love

I spent some time playing with my new bead yesterday.  It is definitely a more versatile bead than I thought it would be when I saw pictures online.  Here are a few of the combinations I tried with it.

Thank you, that is my favorite one so far and the reason I got the bead--couldn't believe how good it looked with my green beads.

I was going to say that I loved how you picked out the teal in the Eternal Love, but then I saw your third picture with the ambers and loved that even more!

Well I didn't like this bead at all but you have made me love it now.

Thanks, I am never going to say I am not getting a bead again (well at least I'll try) because I was certain I didn't like this bead at all--but when I saw it in the store, I loved it. I was surprised my dealer had it (small shop) which means it probably isn't as limited as it has been advertised (no shock there).

That is exactly what happened to me. When I saw it online, I thought--silly shaped bead with a heart--definitely not for me. Then I picked it up at the store and started to see all the possibilities. Now I need more red beads. Sigh......

One dealer (wish I could remember which one) posted a picture of a bowl full of the Eternal Love beads. Either underscores how unlimited it is, or highlights how unfair the distribution was.

Maybe some of the smaller ones would--there seem to be lots of sizes.  Mine is pretty long and will not fit on my bangle.

Thanks for asking--I actually hadn't tried it till you asked. I didn't know it wouldn't fit.

Thanks for sharing the info.. I am not sure on the bead and thought maybe I would like it at the bangle. It looks great in your photos...

Thanks, I really like mine. I didn't like it at all when I saw it online--but when I saw it IRL, I had to have it. I have worn it all week in different combinations.

It surely pops out - I love how you combined it with the sweet Glass BonBoon birds

Thanks, it has freed my glassbonbon bird from its bead box prison--I have always had a little trouble using it in combinations.

I absolutely LOVE the first bracelet as well, they are all pretty, but that one really shines.

The turquoise and red is a wonderful combination!

My favorite is also the turquoise with red...

and I thought I wouldn't love that bead, having seen your combos, especially the first one...I'd love one too!

Thank you all for your lovely comments. I got a bead from the Christmas love set yesterday that is also a perfect match for it and will reconstruct the green combo today and post another photo. I must say I have really enjoyed this bead.

The red really pops out. Great focal bead.
