Griffin in Fall Empty Griffin in Fall

Post by Trollperle Sat Sep 28, 2013 4:15 pm

When we came back from our vacation the lovely lovely FB Griffin was waiting for me. I did some bead play with him as soon as I returned from work, then I got sick with a blasted cold (the one I had been battling down for weeks even when DH got so ill during our vacation - I guess it wanted to be exorcised at home and waited until we were back...) Luckily I have a truly magical creature helping me to do that and DH was so kind to gift me the water lock (that was supposed to be a wedding anniversary present and got shifted to be a Christmas present (so that X might be my anniversary present - do not say I am not flexible Wink )) I like the beads of the Forest Lake Kit on this one (I am still two short thus there are only 4 on here) and I finally found a place for „Magical“ the first bead near the lock from Christa that I love but that is a bit different in RL than on the photo and thus had to wait a few months until fall and my first azure bubbles to be able to show its beauty. I am feeling a bit better today. So I refinde the bracelet and took a shot of it. I think the acorn bead from the people´s  bead contest will look good on this one, too. All my other FB treasures are at present engaged on other bracelets but the Griffin is content to be the ruler of this one on his own, anyway Wink Oh, and he likes to read about other magical creatures, thus the encyclopedia in the background Wink

I love you This is so very magical! And the photo is too. I love the cover of that book, no wonder Grif is entertained. He looks perfectly perched there. Good that your cold waited until you got home to hit you, worse being sick when on vacation. And bead gift flexibility is most definitely warranted in this situation Wink

Beautiful Trollperle! I love you
I love the arrangement of glass and silver and soothing colors.

And a new book to explore Wink I thought I'd seen nearly all of them by now... Laughing
