Best Place To Buy Noosa online

Totally new to Noosa, going to be starting off with a bag and a bracelet, what size bracelet do i wear if I am a 6 1/2?  Since I am in the U.S., does anyone know the best place to buy Noosa online?  Who would have the most reasonable shipping, since I know I can't buy any here in the States?  Thanks!

I buy mine from Rubia but Heidis is also good. Not sure whether they ship to states?

Usually wait until I have 100 euros worth, which is very easy to do , so I get free shipping. They deduct the VAT tax so saves me some money.
