My Trollbeads Aurora...

Here is my aurora... hope it gives you all an idea. I have seen a few and they are all different in color and in size. So I did my best to pick one which spoke to me.

I got an email from Goldmine, it says there are only 2,500 worldwide. It is a striking bead and it will be interesting to see it in a combination.

I had the same thing with the 'royal orange' bead yesterday. It is offered at most LDs in a package deal with bracelet/lock or a leather/lock... while it is a great deal, price wise, for someone already owning varieties of chains/leathers/bangles it is a non-option. Same goes for this bead... luckily I have similar, better , beads from Christa for Macs from last year.

Happy though for you PMJ you managed to get a beautiful one! But just the beads or did you buy the set?

:-) Christa made (still makes?) beads in these colours. I wonder If TB was inspired by these, with the aurora.

Hi to you all, thank you all for your lovely comments. I know how you all wait to see bead in real life or from other collectors. I got it this morning as a special delivery during breakfast... LOL... I did buy it with the bangle, but my mother wanted to adopt the bangle, because I can't wear it myself with chronical pain problems ion my body. So I got the bead and she has the bangle. I picked my bead from 6. I've seen versions with almost pastel / soft colors and other like mine but more blue or purple... mine has all the colors : blue, purple, pink, orange... I put it also on my necklace for a moment together with a tea colored amber and it looked great... I have only one amber, but now I think I need more...

Lovely bead but I already have a bangle. I am really glad that you found a way to make the deal work well for you.

As Smaug says - it is remarkably similar to beads that Christa Keizer (Luccicare on Etsy) made last year.

I'm looking forward seeing combos with it! I saw it today and found it hard to make combinations with it!

I bought the kit and my mother loved the bangle and not the bead and it is her birthday in may... so she has the bangle as a birthdaygift and I kept the bead, because she doesn't like the bright colors.

I tried it with my amber ( tea color ) and I think I need to work on it : more ambers, pink, amethyst.... a good excuse for a new combination ????
