Raven Lady

Yesterday, I got my very first byBiehl bead and I am so happy that it fits on a TB chain It has a rectangular opening, not a round one, so it does not move around on the bracelet, but if the bracelet rolls up and down the arm it might show its back side (the flower logo of byBiehl) if the bracelet stops that way. But that does not disturb me and due to its pod-shape and flattish roundness it has a wonderfully cosy feeling to it.

The raven, the feather in the pod comes from, shown in the middle of the bracelet, is the Raven Lady (from celticjewelry.com), that got held up in customs and might have been destroyed had it not been rescued by my dear mom. She is a very strong Lady and only lost one feather, which luckily could be re-used byBiehl and now she is up to her normal self, again, getting and hoarding precious things in her nest.

Fabulous bead, that Raven. And I would not have thought to use Silver Mountain and icy blues with the Christmas Decoration kit beads, but it works very well.

Sorry for any misunderstanging. It is not the Raven bead, but the Raven Pod Bead byBiehl (the roundish silver bead four beads to the right from the Raven bead with the singular feather etched into it) that has a rectangular hole. ByBiehl have their own bracelet system and it is not round but rectangular. I am really happy that it still fits my TB bracelet (just barely but that is all I need - Unfortunately it does not fit the Faerybeads bracelet chain I have).

That is completely GORGEOUS!! The Raven is my mom's spirit animal...I think I MUST have one of those for my bracelet dedicated to her. It is so beautiful!
