My Advent Contest Visitor...

Splinty sent this adorable hand drawn little fellow after the Advent Contest... he's unbelievably cute, and I love his sassy attitude... and I love... his pants! I'm going to frame him and keep him around... he'll be a grand companion especially during the hot months of July and August!




Also in the package was a little silk pouch... hmm, more?! When opened, there was a beautiful bracelet of sandy beads drizzled in chocolaty colors with a charming bronze cross hanging from it. The cross had such lovely dents and worn places, I had to put it on right away!




I feel very honored wearing it and love wondering who wore the little cross before me.
So... many thanks Splinty, you are so talented and thoughtful ... two precious handmade treasures, they are magic for all year long... I feel overwhelmed!!
