Bangle fun
My bangle and some new beads arrived today and I have to say, I'M LOVING IT!!!
The bangle is SO versatile and comfortable to wear. I've found that my maximum number of beads is 7, not including the stoppers, anything more than that and it's just not comfortable.
I chose a size S because I wear a 7.9 inch (20 cm) chain and it fits perfectly (as long as I don't go over 7 beads) - so the size conversion chart TB provided is accurate.
Also for those wondering about wearing longer beads, it works just fine if they are in the middle. Here are some quick combos I put together today.
Christmas combo with my new Christmas Tree and Ice Blue diamonds! (from Goldmine)
Teal combo - LOVING my new Teal/black chess bead (from Starfish)
Brown/green combo - with my cherished ornament from Angeltroll

Re: Bangle fun
LOVE your bangle looks!! Now I am wondering if I should get a small or a medium. I wear an 8.3 or 8.7 MOST of the time, but I keep them full and like some drape on my bracelet. I do not want the bangle to drape though, I want it to stay put on my wrist. And I don't think I would be trying to add beads down to the ends, you won't see them when you wear them anyway!!
Oh how I wish I had a LD who carried the bangle!!! (The closest store isn't going to stock them.....)

Hi Lisa,
If I were you I'd get a medium, based on what you wear now. Just make sure and order it from somewhere who would exchange it, if necessary. I'm sure most places would.
I also wear my chains full, so I think the size recommendation from TB is spot on.
Btw, where in N. GA are you from? I grew up near Gainesville, and still have family and friends in the area
Good luck!

@looks great, thank you for showing that bangle designs don't have to be symmetrical. I especially love number 3! I have very few doubles, don't want to have to go down that road (brilliant marketing by Trollbead$). Stacecase, your bracelet is 20cm including regular lock? That's my size too, so probably size S for me too.

Thanks for the input, I was thinking the same thing!!! I'm actually from Perry, but I live right outside Athens now, about 45 min from Gainesville!!!! The closest LDs are in Jefferson and Monroe, but aren't carrying the bangle They offered to order one for me, but I can order off the internet myself..... Plenty of Pandora dealers in Athens, no Trollbeads! That is AMAZING to me, you would think TB would be a hit in Athens!!!!

Re: Bangle fun
Thanks for sharing Stacecase, you made some lovely designs. You are right about max. 7 beads, I wear an XS bangle and 7 is the absolute max . For the XS 5 is even better/more comfortable.
I'm not that keen about the christmastree, but I love your choice of glas on the first!

Fabulous combos
The bangle is brillant to wear just a few beads.

Re: Bangle fun
Ok, I discovered a couple of new things about the bangle...
Great:
I don't have to take my bracelet off when at work on the computer, my wrist rests on it just fine!
Not so great:
Bangle and UU's don't mix. The cores are gaping at me

Re: Bangle fun
Thanks, everyone for the nice comments! It really is fun playing with the bangle.
I love putting whole bracelets together, but there is more pressure to fill up a whole bracelet and make it "perfect".
With the bangle, it is so easy and it seems to always turn out looking beautiful.
Here's one I made last night, playing with my new Pink Chalcedony stones from Pixiebeadcharms.
