I got also some of the new glass beads, normally I don't do blue, but I really felt like having a go at it with my new faceted chalcedony..

What do you think of the facetted calcedony... Is it lighter than the retired one? I hope to buy me one soon, but I like to hear someones opinion...

PMJ, what do you mean by "lighter"?
in colour? in weight? in size?
I have seen several and have chosen the darkest, it might be just a tiny bit smaller, but size in TB's usually varies a lot, (less in stones)...sorry, but I do not know what you mean?

Stunning beads. I always liked the "old" style Chalcedony and was a bit sceptical of how it would look faceted but I see it is beautiful and both versions will have to go on the wish list!
