Re: Trollbead fantasy pendant
My FN is 110cm. I wanted to be able to wear it doubled most of the time and this seemed the best length for me. I thought I wouldn't ever wear it long but I actually wear it that way quite often.
I'd love another shorter necklace too.

I have 70 cm that I love, just the right length at work as it doesn't bump into everything. I also have a 90 cm that I think looks great, but not as easy to wear.

I have 3 90cm ones: white pearl, black pearl and amethyst. I very rarely use a splitter, I wear them long. I think if I was going to split a lot, 100cm would be better.

I have the 100cm black pearl FN, but I think I would prefer the 70cm one, so I didn't have to wear it with a splitter.

If you take a stopper and add it to the end of the chain - you can shorten your FN. That way you have a 100 - 99 - 98 - 97 - 96 and so on
It is very easy

I am going to have to try the stopper on my FN Tiffany. Good idea!

Re: Trollbead fantasy pendant
I bought a 90cm so I could wear it both ways but found that I never really use it doubled. Maybe I should have bought 100cm but thought that would hang really low on me.

Re: Trollbead fantasy pendant
I have 100cm Fairy - only wear it doubled and today I got a 90cm Amethyst FN (can't contain my happiness LOL)...I am not sure that I like it long but did try it doubled (big fish lock) and also looped (like scarf, no lock) and it's not too bad but preferred it with lock.
Actually I was thinking that I could get one of those extending thingies / safety chains to use with it...anyone know if the TB one has a lobster on each end?

Re: Trollbead fantasy pendant
I have a 90cm Amethyst fn, and love to wear it both long and doubled - it works great both ways for me.
Although sometimes I think 80cm would be a slightly better length for me doubled, so if I ever manage to find a black pearl one I hope I can find an 80 or 90cm one!

I have a non TB FN with a glas pendant in 95 cm length. I never wear it long and as I don´t like a splitter I always wear it lariat style.

You can wear it short without a splitter and lock :-)

The way you're describing (like on my purple combo) is called the lariat style

If you take a stopper and add it to the end of the chain - you can shorten your FN. That way you have a 100 - 99 - 98 - 97 - 96 and so on
It is very easy
That is what I do with my FN. I have two of them, both 90 cms, and it's nice to be able to shorten the length to match the collar of your shirt/dress/whatever

Has anyone ever had any problems with this method? I've heard of multiple people losing their stoppers this way!
