Troll with gems - Pic??

I am looking at getting Troll with Gems. Is there major variance between the beads or basically the same, like Wisdom?

Also, if you have picture, in combo or not, please include!!!

I have one and I love mine. Of the few I have seen IRL, there isn't a huge difference in the stones.

I can post a picture later today with mine on a bracelet if you like.

What is the difference between troll with gems and troll with stones? Does anyone have a picture?

Do you mean Troll with Gems and Glass Trolls? Troll with Gems has an opal, amethyst and garnet, while Glass Trolls has three distinct troll faces each with its own piece of dichroic glass. Wisdom has 5 gems, opal, amethyst, garnet, turquoise and lapis. HTH.

Thanks! When I look at them they both look very simular. I have trolls with Gems (I think). I will have to check! Wisdom is on my wish list. Do you think wisdom should be picked out in person?

To be honest, I didn't see a discernable difference between the different Wisdoms at my LD when I picked mine up. The only gem that might have some differences would be the opal and perhaps the garnet as there are lighter and darker garnets. They were all pretty much the same that day. I have both the Troll with Gems and Wisdom - I prefer the gems over the dichroic glass, but that is my personal taste. If you were asking about beads with dichroic glass, I would say those should be selected in person because the glass can have so many different colors. I saw Mexico locks with blue/green dichroic glass and others will yellow/green and yellow/orange.

I find that both Trolls with gems and Wisdom are beads that don't differ to much (I mean not necessary to pick in person) while any of the beads with the dichroic glass will vary, as the glass is different colours.

Sorry can't help you...i have been looking for an answer, but it is way harder dan it looks

I don't think Wisdom would have to be picked out in person. It was my very first bead and a favourite of mine. That said I have noted some small differences. If one of the stones is something that you are particular about its look then I would suggest picking in person.
