Getting Ready for St Patrick's Day
Now that Valentine's Day is out of the way I am looking forward to St Patrick's Day. Here's my attempt. I am open to suggestions for purchasing interesting Celtic silver beads. This bracelet's silvers have the mere suggestion of Ireland/Celtic heritage: Lucky Knot, Love Spoons, Spiral, Heaven's Garden, Rosary, Loving Light. (Someone on another thread was hoping there would be another World Tour release ... Ireland would be a wonderful idea!)

This is lovely. I am glad to see that someone else is thinking about St Patrick's Day too. I have had mine together for a while now. I think there is a shortage of silver beads that represent the country. I have used Heaven's Garden on mine, too. Your choice of the fish lock is spot on. Your green's are saturated and give a strong impression of the Emerald Isle.

I don't own any Skye silver beads, but they would compliment this bracelet wonderfully.

Seems like most of my wardrobe is black and gray, at least in winter . A colorful bracelet works well for me.

Very lovely! I've been thinking I should start to think about mine as well.

I will love seeing your bracelet. I have been on the lookout for a unique that is green, orange and white to reflect the national flag. However, I haven't found one.
I am going to play around with adding a white bead and an orange one. I am thinking those chakras might look ok. I really would like the flag represented. We'll see.
Thanks for commenting.

Reller makes some very nice Celtic beads for about $45 US. Here are mine:
And in a necklace combo:
They are a nice substantial weight (especially in comparison to comparably priced TB silvers!)
It turns out that I own a number of Reller beads - a conch shell, a flamingo:
And a loon:
They also have an Adirondack chair, as well as some regional charms, that are on my wish list. Here is a link to their main page:

Love the greens! You have many beautiful ones and have inspired me to do an all green bracelet for St. Patricks day.

Re: Getting Ready for St Patrick's Day
Hi retiredk9racer,
Thank you for going to the trouble of photographing the two silver beads. At first I was going to purchase the one on the right but now I'm leaning to the one on the left. They are interesting together on your necklace but I don't have that much room on my bracelet, so I have to choose just one.

Funny - I was thinking the same thing as Reltan. You made this look easy. However, I can't seem to pull my green beads together. Beautiful colors and combo!

Thank you for the compliment. I have plenty of other color combos that I just can't seem to pull together, as much as I would like to.
These green beads get a workout. Besides March 17th, there is a large Irish Fesitval here during the summer. (and I would rather have green on my wrist than in my beer )

Your bracelet is beautiful! I love Ireland (I used to live there for almost a year in the 90s and it has forever etched itself into my heart ) - Silverado has quite a few celtic themed beads, as well.
