Great beads - thanks for showing - we need more pics of the Traditional Sayings, in action.

Looking good. I'm not sure when I will get to see these irl as my LD closed down.
Did anyone get the Thoughts bead? I would like to see that one.

Re: Traditional Sayings Collection (People's Bead 2013)
Just got the Thoughts bead. It's a rainy day, so I don't know if I'll be able to get a decent picture of it.
My inner geek is not thrilled with how this design was 'realized'. They added a little ring on the inside of the larger end of the spiral; that keeps the hole centered and the bead centered on the chain, but violates the elegance of the design in my opinion.
But you can't see that when you've strung it in a bracelet.
It's big, but not huge; smaller than your average glass bead.
Let me get out some other silvers to compare it with, and try to get a photo.

Unexpectedly I fell in love with the sakura bead on the leather bracelet above. I don't know why I want it so much when I didn't want any of the autumn release flowers. May be because there were too many of them at once or because of the little pearl - not sure. Anyway it seems to have clean looking sculptured lines that appeal to me. Has anyone got it yet? Photos?

Thoughts!

See the little ring just inside the hole?

This is the other end, the narrow end of the spiral.

Thoughts is about the same size as Joyful or Sweater.

Thanks everso LJ, that was really useful
The little ring irks me too but, as you can't see it on wearing, I'll let it off!

I received the leopard today, to tie it to my running shoe, for the marathon I'm running tomorrow.
I can take comparison pics tomorrow evening. It's a great deal smaller than Rolling Troll.

Have a strong run and finish in good health.
Have you ever taken a bead on a marathon run before?

On the first picture the books looks a little bit like the chimney.
Indeed, seen from a abstract point of view:D
