Well I don't know where I've been but I've completely missed the pics of the new releases until now!! I'm loving the cream dillo and the green midnight flowers type bead. I'm looking forward to seeing the griffin and the barrel beads in the flesh...hmmm not so sure about the rabbits I'm a lover of the ugly silver beads

The good news for us in the US, is we can see the beads Thursday evening because of the time difference. I can't wait!

The barrel is not as big as I thought, which is great! That will be a nice purchase some day. The Mountain Flower is spectacular. Sigh....Bandwagon Blues!

I found out today that gold and gold/silver beads are going up dramatically, not just a little. Happy Universe is currently selling for just under $500 here. Once the price rise kicks in, it will cost over $800, yes, over eight hundred dollars!! I dread to think how much gold beads will cost! It's going to be much harder if not impossible to own gold/silver and gold beads after this Friday.

In which case I'm going to make a prediction that there will be no new gold beads, or at least no more new gold/silver ones, as no one will be able to afford them. The gold/silver beads have such a tiny amount of gold on them for the price.

Is the mountain flower different from the WT edelweiss? Isn't that what an edelweiss is??

The mountain flower bead does look like an eidelweiss. But it's a bit smaller and simpler than the Swiss WT bead. And cheaper.

Cool! I didn't realize the Hearts lock was two hearts at right angles to each other. I am more interested in it now. The structure offsets the motif, so it doesn't seem so horribly cutesy.

The hearts bead isn't bad, for a hearts bead.

I do like the mountain flower-----Yay! another little silver!

And the barrel bead is not as big as I feared.

An „Angel and Demon“ barrel bead? That sounds very much Trollish

The „mountain“ flower might be „Enzian“ - gentian (lat. Gentiana), a purple flower, also rather rare. I just googled it and there seem to be 300 to 400 different sub-species of it - wow!

So an Escher centered theme for the 40th anniversary of his death?

MMP sussed out the Escher designs for the barrels. The Devils (or demons)/Angels bead is the one that appears to have bats. The bats are the devils.
Definitely Trollish in motif, but not until you inspect it closely.

I am really liking the barrels more and more. The size looks good on a bracelet with beads.

The heart lock is nice, but I'm saving for Aethur.
