Broken Tassel...

Here is my spinel dangle after one use.... I was lucky enough to buy it at a discount during a close-out and enjoyed it well it lasted - a whole six hours... I am so disapointted  Crying or Very sad

I had the same thing happen to a pearl tassel I gave my mum for christmas.. it only lasted the car ride to my grandparents' house, I found the pearl in the yard but since then it has been lying around as my mum is afraid it would just fall off again when glueing it back on. But her silver 'sick' is even shorter than yours. It's such a shame... they should drill through the whole gemstone/pearl and and make little silver bumps to the end like the pandora ones...

I would send the pieces back to TB headquarters and tell them you expect them to replace the bead. It's not your fault the dealer is no longer in business and they should stand behind their product!

Ack, how horrible. Send a note to TB HQ and see what they say. Wonder if this is a fairly rare occurrence of it happens quite often.

OH NO!!! So sorry for you. I got one of those--probably from the same sale and have only worn it once, guess I better check to make sure it is secure.

I thought all TB were covered for defects as long as purchased from an authorized dealer--current or former. I exchanged a broken lock at my LD even though I bought it online. I would definitely email TB HQ or your LD. I would think they would replace it.

Oh No ! I have one of those, not worn it yet as it is part of an ongoing project, very worrying, I would definitely send it back to the mothership and try to get a replacement.

This is just horrible! I hope that TB USA will respond to you swiftly and will replace it. I should last longer than a six hour wear on your bracelet.

I had to recently make a return with Trollbeads United States, Inc. because of a broken bead. Their policy is exchange from 2 years of purchase. Tell them the shop is no longer a dealer. It's worth a try. You will find the email at Trollbeads USA website.

Sorry about your loss, that bites! I pearls on two Trollbeads rings which I found and the dealer I purchased from no longer carries the brand. At the price we pay this should not be happening! I think I will just save up defective items and figure out how to send it to Troll HQ and see what they have to say one day.
