Dusky Pinks and Purple

Trollperle posted a picture the other day of a bracelet including one of her beads which she had thought did not work with her beads and hadn't used before. I was thinking the same about the Firefly and Purple Mosaic I got in one of the sales last summer and was going to offer them for swap or sale  but thought I should have a try with them before I did. Here is the result which I am happy with and it is a change from my usual blue.

That looks lovely, I'm thinking I should have a play with my beads.....it's been a while!

Sometimes beads just work if you dont try so hard with them. Also I have found is the weather    makes the diffrents

This is wonderful. It has blue undertones. I think it would look great with blue. You'll probably find you already have clothing that looks great with it. Perfect for spring. So many spring flowers are these shades.

@ Mini gnome, when I put them together on a rod to take a photo before seling/swapping I realised how perfect they were together and realised I had to find a way of using them.
@BB11The dillo was made for me at a beadmaker event at one of my LDs. The braid was one of the first beads I bought when I started collecting, I bought a lot of pink at first, I didn't intend to because I planned a blue (favourite colour) bracelet. The bead next to White Petals is a Jasper, the photo is a bit dark so it is not very clear but it is almost a twin to the Jasper next to the silver butterfly at the front.

These colors are so soft and pretty and you did a wonderful job combining all those luscious gemstones and glass.
